We look at the myofascial matrix-in-motion and at giving you the "fasciategrity code" to understand Living Tensegrity. Then we spend time on EmbrYOU, the part of you that doesn't have to remember anatomy; but knows from your life-long internal network, how you self-assembled into a unique expression of the remarkable human blueprint.
