Almost 20 years ago, I studied archetypal patterns and Sacred Contracts with Dr Caroline Myss. What became apparent was that every single one of us expresses ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually through archetypal shapes and patterns of body and behaviour. It became a wonderful resource to all my teaching in bodywork and movement therapies. Now, for the first time, we have created a course in which you can map your own Archetype Profile â of psyche and soma.
